This Woman Runs is the largest running social network for women in the world; a multi-award-winning digital, mobile and in real life community that connects, supports and empowers women & girls to be more active, more often, for life.
We enable women to connect how they want, when they want around running – where they live, through our digital communities and programmes or as volunteers.
With a UK-wide network of free weekly social runs; App based coaching and connection for women around their interests & life stage; and training and support for a range of volunteer roles, we’ve inspired more than a quarter of a million women to become regular runners through community, coaching and technology.
We’ve been recognised by Facebook for our work with women and running, as one of the Top 16 Most Impactful Communities in the World.
