At the Running Industry Alliance our dedicated boards are very important to us, our members and the work RIA is doing for and with the Running Industry.
We are working with a number of key people who are recognised as “experts” from within and for supporting the Running Industry, who all want to grow and drive the industry forward by working together.
Each person represents a sector of the Running Industry, whose knowledge and understanding is immense and collectively represents hundreds of years of valuable experience by combining our passion for Running and the Industry together.
The Alliance Board is a major part of RIA, coming together as a group of experienced people dedicated to create a relevant soundboard for the Alliance and the Running Industry, and making sure RIA covers the topics needed, providing the services required and the level of service expected for its members now and in the future.
Members of the Alliance Board’s time is given voluntarily and at each bi-monthly online meeting, specific objectives are discussed across sectors. Breakout groups dedicated to specific focus areas and topics, problem solving and supporting RIA members, result form this initial direction.
The Alliance Board members meet online bi-monthly and in person at “The Gathering Conference” annually.
We are very proud of all RIA members, board, partners, service providers and supporters of the Alliance, making our collective work possible to bring the Running Alliance to life for UK & Ireland markets and sectors.
The Alliance Board will be unveiled in April 2022.
