SCOTT Sports steps out with Pursuit Ride 2 road running shoe
SCOTT Sports has introduced the Pursuit Ride 2, a new road running shoe with a focus on comfort and performance.
Positioned as a training shoe for all types of runners, the Pursuit Ride 2 has been engineered to deliver a combination of cushioning and energy return, with a lighter, smoother and more efficient ride.
At the heart of shoe design is Kinetic Nitrogen Foam, SCOTT’s newly developed midsole technology. Here, nitrogen is infused into the midsole under controlled heat and pressure, creating a softer, lighter, and more responsive cushioning system.
SCOTT notes that… ‘Unlike traditional foams, Kinetic Nitrogen maintains its performance across extreme temperatures, ensuring a consistent and dynamic ride – whether you’re braving winter chills or summer heatwaves.’
Complementing this advanced midsole is ER3, Evolved Rocker Technology, SCOTT’s latest rocker geometry design. Engineered for the heel-to-toe transition, SCOTT adds that ER3 enhances running efficiency, reduces impact stress, and propels runners forward with every stride.
With an RRP of £155, the Pursuit Ride 2 is now available at select retailers and online.
