Saucony is a leading global performance running brand that fuses innovation, style and culture. Widely recognized for award-winning technologies including PWRRUN™ PB, PWRRUN+™, and SPEEDROLL™, Saucony creates innovative technical and lifestyle footwear and apparel across Road, Trail and Originals. Founded in 1898, Saucony exists to inspire and serve all humans to live their best life by providing access to running, self-expression and creating a better world.
Back in 1979, two of Saucony’s running shoes were selected in the top 10 by Runner’s World magazine with the Hornet chosen as ‘best value’. In 1981, Saucony launched the Jazz which was to become the most popular shoe in Saucony’s history. In 1983, the Saucony ‘Flight’ was the first double-density EVA shoe on the market followed in 1991 with the introduction of GRID. This was the first midsole system that combined cushioning and stability. In 2010 Saucony changed the running industry by reducing offsets to 0 – 4 – 8mm. In 2014, ISOFIT technology gave a dynamic adjustment system that matched the shape and movement of the foot and in 2015 EVERUN technology provided more bounce and elasticity with 83% energy return and 3 times the durability of standard EVA.
Today the product line is lead by the Endorphin Collection and updated versions of popular shoes such as Ride, Guide, Triumph, Omni and Peregrine and worn by top athletes including 5 time Olympian Jo Pavey.
