Celebrating our heritage
Our co-founder Jamie was the first to don a nod to our personalisation on his running underwear circa 2015, in order to get our fantastic new-at-the-time product out there. As you can see, there were no limits to the determination of our fine leaders when they knew they had found a concept that runners the world over, could and would truly benefit from. If you’re new to the runderwear community, you may not have caught Dame Deborah James, Bryony Gordon, Scummy Mummies and many other inspirational women leading the way for change, in the Vitality ‘Celebrate You’ campaign. These incredible women stripped down to their undies to run in celebration, and to raise awareness of body positivity for Vitality’s 10k back in 2019.
Deborah and the Vitality 10K Celebrate You team 2019, were the very first to get their hands on runderwear’s personalised pants, which came about following a request specifically for this event. Our team at runderwear team were inundated with requests for personalised chafe-free undies!
We’re excited to say that we are now offering your very own personalised, celebration or milestone pants, and it’s all thanks to this great idea that came about for this iconic event with Deborah James, Bryony Gordon and the ‘Celebrate You’ team.
