Netwomen helps organisations increase profits by retaining and elevating talented female leaders to bridge the gender and ethnicity gap and keep them there.

Netwomen does this through membership community, inclusive leadership training and professional development. Helping fast-track new hires and middle management to the top to create diverse inclusive leadership teams and succession pipelines. We invite senior executives to be role models and to pay it forward and we urge organisations to sponsor their ambitious talent to join our programs or our membership. Create equity. Our diverse team of 12 women is ex-corporate associates based in USA, Canada and UK along with over 30 DEI facilitators partnering across all verticals with a special focus on customisation for each industry and organisation.
