By Ordnance Survey: Save the Date for National #GetOutsideDay on 25th September!

What is National #GetOutsideDay?

Founded by Ordnance Survey, National #GetOutsideDay is a chance for us all to celebrate the great outdoors. We want to help more people to get outside more often so that they live longer, stay younger and enjoy life more! It doesn’t matter where you go, what you do or who you’re with – everyone can get outside from their front door!

So, save the date – Sunday 25 September and join us to celebrate National #GetOutsideDay 2022!

On the day itself, there will be a midday moment on social, where we ask everyone to #GetOutsideDay and share what they’re up to. The more noise we make about the outdoors, the better it will be at uniting us all together!

You can browse activity guides and select a location on the website if you need some inspiration, including running, walking, cycling, swimming and climbing. More information about safety, sustainability and the Countryside Code can be found here . Remember to leave no trace when out and about.

By simply pledging to #GetOutside and signing up you will be in with a chance of winning the ultimate outdoor bundle.

Go to os.uk/getoutsideday for further details and to join National #GetOutsideDay .

See you outside on Sunday 25 September 2022!
