Logical Safety Solutions Ltd was established to offer practical, competent health and safety solutions, primarily for the events industry. Our team comprises highly qualified and experienced health and safety consultants with successful careers built on solid reputations and technical expertise. We operate ethically, working collaboratively with clients to develop logical solutions for safe and successful events, guided by our core principles of trust, professionalism, and a passion for excellence.

We offer bespoke event specific and organisational health and safety support based on a wealth of experience and knowledge from the sector. This includes safety management systems, policies, procedures and training provision.

We can offer comprehensive services throughout all phases of event planning and execution. Pre-event services include risk assessments, safe site, route and venue design, safety management plans, contingency and emergency planning, communications plans, crowd management advice, and local authority and SAG liaison. During the event, we provide safety advisor cover, workforce inductions and training, control room operations, accident investigation, and incident management. Post-event, we continue our support with safety advisor cover, workforce and event debriefings, accident and incident reporting, and ongoing investigations and advice.

Logical Safety have extensive experience working on mass participation events  including 5k family runs to marathons, along with cycling events, triathlons and other sports events. In addition to sports events we work with clients to support with festivals, large markets, experiential activities, conference and exhibitions, film and television within the UK and worldwide as appropriate.
