Inspired by our rich history of technical running innovation, KARHU is proud to introduce a brand-new silhouette to the lifestyle collection fresh from the archives of 2016. The KARHU Super Fulcrum is a modern retro sneaker based on an earlier prototype of similar name, the Super Fast.

Although the Super Fast was never released, the concept of a max cushion shoe with specialized guidance features for support and efficiency resonated with our design team. The all-new Super Fulcrum combines the novel midsole technology of the Super Fast with a redesigned upper to provide a truly unique statement sneaker primed for any collection.

The KARHU Super Fulcrum was brought to life through progressive interpretations of fit, form, and function. In line with our modern-day running collection, the design of the Super Fulcrum maintains a sense of forward movement and features a full-length Fulcrum chassis in the midsole that inspired the name.

The Super Fulcrum also incorporates our unique “Finnish Line” guidance technology through the upper, a supportive band that wraps the foot for extra stability.

The rest of the upper is constructed from dimensional mesh with synthetic overlays to offer superb on foot comfort and breathability. Underfoot, the outsole on the Super Fulcrum boasts a modern iteration of KARHU’s signature T-profile lug pattern, yet another design element sourced from earlier silhouettes such as the Synchron Classic.

The Super Fulcrum is a new silhouette with that familiar KARHU feel of comfort and style.
