England Athletics is seeking proposals from sportswear businesses to become our Official Teamwear partner from April 2026 – providing clothing for England Teams, England Masters Team, Talent Pathway, coaches, officials, staff, board and regional council and as well as providing an opportunity to offer teamwear for our network of 1,500 clubs, 3,500 RunTogether groups, 3,500 licenced road events and Run:EA our new direct membership offer.

A fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking brand that shares our vision and will help us grow the sport.

RFP & Project Timelines are as follows: 

• Proposal Due – 28th February 2025
• Clarifications / Shortlisting – 3rd – 14th March 2025
• Interviews for those short-listed – 17th – 21st March 2025
• In principle recommendation / decision – 28th March 2025
• Exclusive negotiation – 31st March – 25th April 2025
• Board ratification – May 2025
• Contract begins – 1st April 2026
