BODY GLIDE AND GOODR SUNGLASSES ANNOUNCED AS SUPPORTING SPONSORS FOR LOCH NESS MARATHON 2023

With the Loch Ness Marathon Festival only weeks away, it has been announced that Body Glide and goodr Sunglasses have come on board as Supporting Sponsors, and will join retail partner Run4It at the 2-day expo and sports village in Inverness.

Category-creator Body Glide offers anti-chafe protection for everyone looking to be pain free while being active, while goodr needs little introduction with their fun, fashionable, functional and ‘ffordable £30 sunglasses.

Both brands are distributed in the UK by Edinburgh-based Unicorn Inc, and head of marketing, Eoin Lennon, commented: “We had a great reception from runners last year while retailing at the expo, so it made sense to expand that partnership with Run4It and event organiser Caledonian Concepts. October doesn’t seem like it would be the busiest time for selling sunnies, but goodr generates a buzz all year round with their fun colours and names, and Body Glide offers protection for all against chafing, rubbing, and blisters – it can certainly save the day over the marathon distance! We always enjoy working with Run4It and their staff, and some of our team members are running the 10k and marathon, so it’ll be a busy weekend all round.”

Loch Ness Marathon, 10k, 5k, and Wee Nessie take place in Bught Park, Inverness on Sunday Oct 1^st, with the sports expo open from 10am on Saturday Sept 30^th
