The Mash Direct Belfast City Marathon are partnering with the NI Daily Mile Network and are encouraging schools to sign up to the Daily Mile – a fully-inclusive, free and simple initiative which improves the physical and mental health and wellbeing of children.

The Daily Mile inspires our young people to get active, at their own pace, for 15 minutes during the school day. Its impact can be transformational – improving not only the children’s fitness, but also their concentration levels, mood, behaviour and general wellbeing.
