#WECAN – supporting the next generation of women leaders in the Leeds City Region
#WECAN is here to support the next generation of women leaders. Part funded by the European Social Fund and led by Leeds Beckett University in partnership with Edge Hill University and Social Enterprise Yorkshire and Humber, the project aims to support the next generation of women leaders in the Leeds City Region by building their leadership skills, capabilities, and opportunities through fully funded training and support. The #WECAN project offers women working in SME’s access too :
- An initial diagnostic to help identify your existing skills, strengths, barriers, and your training / skills opportunities
- Fully funded ILM accredited qualifications in leadership, management and coaching
- Weekly workshops led by leadership development specialists and academics
- Events and networking opportunities
- Access to resources such as blogs, surveys and research
