British Orienteering is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Development Officer to help support clubs and volunteers. The officer will support and empower clubs to flourish in alignment with the Strategic Plan, focusing on increasing participation at events. You will assist members, clubs, and associations in creating engaging experiences that appeal to our target audience (16–40-year-olds) and provide enjoyable orienteering experiences.

Safeguarding Officer – 0.4

British Orienteering is seeking a Safeguarding Officer to join the team. They will be responsible for driving safeguarding initiatives and our annual action plan ensuring orienteering remains a safe place to be. The officer will be responsible for dealing with cases and the training and support of clubs and members.

This is a two-day-a-week role, but we welcome applications to include the development officer role and take on both positions on a full-time basis.
