As the UK’s leading mental health sports charity, Sport in Mind delivers their innovative physical activity projects in partnership with the NHS to promote mental wellbeing, improve physical health, combat social isolation, build self-esteem and empower people to move their lives forward in a positive direction.
Their services, which are co-designed by people with personal experience of mental health problems and healthcare professionals, have supported the recovery of over 25,000 people struggling with their mental health since the charity’s inception in 2010 and have provided educational workshops to thousands of people.
