The Adventure Sports Events Conference (ASEC) is back for its fourth successive year with another exciting lineup of expert speakers and fascinating topics.

ASEC is organised in association with the Kendal Mountain Festival, by Shane Ohly of Ourea Events and James Thurlow of Open Tracking. It is the only industry conference aimed specifically at those who organise adventure sports events and will be held on Friday 22nd November 2024.

The Adventure Sports Events Conference will once again provide an opportunity to hear some highly regarded speakers whilst networking with other event organisers, industry professionals and like-minded people. We hope that delegates will make a weekend of it, staying in Kendal for the internationally renowned Kendal Mountain Festival.

The conference is integrated into the Kendal Mountain Festival, a brilliant weekend of inspirational films, speakers, and an expo that attracts around 25,000 visitors. On Saturday morning, there is also the adidas Terrex Trail Run.

Tickets are on sale now (limited by the room size) and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

A little reminder. ASEC is being organised on a not-for-profit basis. Your attendance fee covers ticketing, hotel conferencing facilities, drinks and food, as well as any expenses for the speakers. Any excess fees will be rolled into hosting future conferences.
